I don't see a stream, it brings me to the M&M homepage.
BUT, from a PC you can get programs that capture and save streams to your PC then you can use a video converter to convert it to a PSP playable format.

Is the stream by any chance AAC? Oh, how do u check the format of the stream??

mms streams are almost always in ASX format.
And if it was AAC (not ACC), you need a PSP 2000 or newer to play it, since PSP 1000 doesn't have the AAC codec.
