But, there isn't another way? Like an text config file or something (like on Custom firmwares that writes prefs to an TXT file or on the mymusic module)?
You know when you listen to a station on the PSP you see station name on top of psp radio bar, well that's a RDS signal. It's information sent from a station and the psp reads this information and is displayed. clever yes?
Put an "Install PRS" PRS. Example: When you go to http://pspradio.co.uk/, the PRS is called "KK's PSP Radio Installer" (filename: KKs_PSP_Radio.prs) (with an different icon of the normal one of course), and then, when you install it, it gives you another PRS (now called "KK's PSP Radio"; this will indicate that you've had installed KK's PSP Radio) (filename same as the other), and it would overwrite the install one.
I know this has no use but it would be cool and you could know if you've had installed it already or not.
I even had did the 2 different PRS's (they're compressed in RAR for convenience):
Yeah, I thought about that, but went with the original system, wanted to keep the amount of files you have to download to minimum, and another PRS would have been just another file. But yeah, it could have been done also the way you described.
