I have got partnership with SHOUTcast, however they did not give me any information for the new API but instead lots of rules on what I should do in order to qualify for it. Many of those rules are not applicable to this radio application so I am not sure if I will ever get the new API access.
So... I'm now changing default shoutcast.pspr to the one that was on beta testing as it is unknown when the old API will get disabled.

I've added new installation method. It is a million times faster than the old method, but may be less reliable than the old method so I left them both and you will have a choice which one to use. The new method also installs default theme.
