My back-light and screen went out on me does anyone know how to fix this if u can help me that would be great I hope there's a YouTube video on this.

your cable has come out you need to unscrew the case unclip the screen from its mount with a flat blade screwdriver and reconetted the ribon cables

or your backlight unit has failed completely which will require a replacement. just excersise care when dismantling. the ribbon cables can tear easily. saying that, aren't the backlight and lcd in one part?
